Detailed description of the project:

The objective of this consultancy is to improve the capacity and capabilities of the Kosovo Ministry of Economy and Finance (MoEF) – Budget Department, Budget Organisations and Strategic Planning Unit of OPM to deliver an improved MTEF and an improved budget process in the context of MTEF. This is linked to and complements the objectives of current DFID support to PFM Action Plan & Management of the Reform Programme.

Type of services provided

Organising and facilitating up to 5 interchange visits with up to 20 people, between the respective Ministries of Finance in Kosovo and Albania
Organising meetings in MoEF Kosovo linked to lesson learning and dissemination by providing presentation of Albania experts to relevant departments and units.
