Detailed description of the project: 

Make an assessment of the participatory monitoring tools used in Albania and Kosovo aiming to improve transparency and accountability of the decision-making process.

Type of services provided: Documentation of participatory monitoring tools used by different local and international actors and document them. To name some important actors: World Bank, NDI and UNIFEM. Develop the recommendations for future intervention strategy of the Olof Palmer Center, for 2013 – 2015 in the support of the civil society activity in both countries.
