IT and COMMS technical study for the Law Enforcement Sector

The global objective is to provide an assessment of the state of implementation, utilization and efficiency of the Information Technology and Tele-Communication (COMMS) projects supported by the European Commission Delegation. Specific objective is to closely examine selected projects funded through community assistance with a view to assess their state of implementation as well as their overall performance including issues such as sustainability, training, and the proper management of human and material resources.
