General Objective
The project aims to encourage the development of more accountability, transparency, and client responsiveness into public service delivery from targeted local government institutions in these respective regions
Specific Objectives:
• Enforce the rule of law and ensure/apply clear institutional standards
• Increase the Transparency through open and understandable rules, procedures and information to citizens
• Increase access of local stakeholders in monitoring of delivery of public services, and to effectively participate in the decision-making processes
• Develop mechanisms that facilitate improvement of the flow of information at the local level related to Municipalities and IPROs services.
