Assessment of the Development Cooperation Strategy for Albania

The outcome assessment consists of an overall assessment of the relevance of Swedish development cooperation in relation to both the Swedish development cooperation strategy, EU and international strategies and Albanian government strategies. The outcome assessment assesses the experience gained and outcomes of the Swedish development cooperation in Albania. The conclusions focus on the types of cooperation that are efficient, the development cooperation channels that function best, weaknesses of programming and implementation processes, and the experience gained by other donors.
